Sometimes the best moments in life happen when you're not looking for them. On an autumn evening in October 2021, David chose to sit across from Leanna at a group dinner. That simple decision changed everything. What started as easy conversation quickly blossomed into an undeniable connection, one that felt natural and right from the very beginning. They soon discovered how perfectly they complemented each other and decided to see where life would take them.
Years later, over Labor Day weekend 2025, while camping together, David asked Leanna to spend their lives together and she said yes. As life partners, they carry deep gratitude for that first evening and for every moment since.

Join us for an intimate commitment ceremony celebrating David and Leanna's union. We're keeping things relaxed and low-key, think of it as a picnic where our closest friends and family gather to celebrate this meaningful moment together. We'll have food and plenty of refreshments on hand, including water and soft drinks, and we welcome you to bring your favorite beverages to share as well. We simply ask that everyone enjoy responsibly as we celebrate together.
For the dress code, we'd just ask that you dress comfortably but with a bit of intention. Skip the ripped jeans and graphic tees, and opt for something neat and casual that feels good to wear. We want everyone to feel at ease while celebrating with us.

Our One Wish
Between the two of us, we've got a full kitchen, a living room's worth of furniture, and more than enough throw blankets — what we're missing is the home to bring it all together. We're two established adults who've done the hard work of building individual lives, and now we're combining them for good. Your presence at our wedding is truly gift enough, but if you'd like to do something extra, a contribution to our Forever Home Fund goes directly toward finding and securing the place where our next chapter begins.
